Straumann Variobase-XC Bar Bridge local-milling is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD focused on bar restorations built over the Variobase-XC platform. The included bar component defines how the construction is interfaced to the Variobase-XC base and lets the designer model the bar body with correct seating geometry.
In the Bar Module of DentalCAD the library is selected so the bar profile and connection points sit accurately on the implant positions. It is aimed at laboratories that mill these Variobase-XC bar structures in-house, including hybrid and overdenture constructions. The result is a predictable digital workflow from scan to milling. The library is available to download.
