User Agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the Site (the “Site”) provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Site, including registration, payment for services or obtaining access to materials, the User confirms that they have fully read the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full.

1.3. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Site.

2. Nature of the services and digital goods

2.1. The Site provides digital goods and services of an intangible nature, including but not limited to: informational materials, libraries for dental CAD design, curated collections and related service offerings.

2.2. Materials provided through the Site may include:

  • information from open sources;
  • proprietary materials of the Administration and/or third parties;
  • analytical reviews, collections, recommendations and structured data.

2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Site's digital goods and services lies in the systematization, analysis, form of presentation, support and updates, and not in the exclusivity of individual fragments of information.

2.4. The Site does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity or unavailability of individual elements of the materials outside the Site.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Site is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

  • that the Site meets the User's expectations;
  • the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional or other results;
  • uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Site.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits;
  • the consequences of the User applying the materials obtained;
  • the acts or omissions of third parties;
  • temporary technical failures and access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions on applying the materials, recommendations and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Site is not intended to encourage, organize or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Site solely within applicable law and the rules of third parties.

4.3. Responsibility for the lawful use of the Site's materials and services rests entirely with the User.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. Program names, brands, trademarks and other designations belong to their respective rightholders and are used on the Site for informational and descriptive purposes.

5.2. The User is prohibited from reselling, transferring to third parties or otherwise commercially using the Site's materials without the rightholder's permission.

5.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in access to the Site being restricted without compensation.

6. Access restrictions

6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Site in the event of:

  • violation of the terms of this Agreement;
  • detection of abuse;
  • requirements of the law or payment providers.

6.2. Restricting access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Site, payment providers or third parties.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Payment for services and digital goods is made on the terms stated on the Site before payment.

7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not made after access has been granted, except in the cases listed below.

7.3. A refund is possible only if:

  • the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Site;
  • access to the digital product was not actually provided.

7.4. To have a refund considered, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. The decision on a refund is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

7.6. The User confirms that they undertake not to initiate a payment chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Site's support.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum necessary technical data to operate the Site.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security of the information transmitted.

9. Changes to the terms

9.1. The Administration may make changes to this Agreement.

9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Site.

9.3. Continued use of the Site means the User accepts the updated terms.

By using the Site (including registering and obtaining access), the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full.
