Straumann PUREbase Abutment inhouse is a dedicated implant library for exocad DentalCAD focused on the Straumann PUREbase interface. It provides the abutment geometry required to design custom abutments directly in the implant module of DentalCAD.
The library is well suited for laboratories that mill PUREbase abutments in-house and need a reliable digital counterpart for the physical component. Once selected in the implant wizard, the abutment can be combined with crown or bridge designs as needed.
It supports both cement- and screw-retained restorations, depending on the clinical case. The geometry follows the original Straumann PUREbase reference for predictable seating and rotational alignment. It can be downloaded from the catalog and is aimed at technicians working with Straumann components.
