Straumann CAD-CAM Straumann Ti Base

This library brings the standard Straumann Ti-Base geometry into exocad DentalCAD. It is selected in the implant step of a project, after which the Ti-Base acts as the bonding interface for crowns, bridges and hybrid abutments designed on top.

The geometry follows the original Straumann part with its margin, anti-rotation features and screw channel orientation, so the digital design matches the physical component during seating and cementation. With it the technician can design both single units and screw-retained constructions on Straumann implants without leaving the digital workflow.

The library is well suited to laboratories that routinely bond zirconia or hybrid superstructures to Straumann Ti-Bases. It can be downloaded from the catalogue and integrated into the existing set of Straumann libraries in exocad.
