zrs37 ua F27 + 07 up-L is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that addresses the upper left second molar position. Its F27 vestibular contour and 07 palatal scheme produce a tooth with a slightly smaller and more rounded occlusal table, in line with the natural reduction from the first to the second molar.
In DentalCAD the shape is brought in from the anatomy step and adapted to the preparation, the neighbouring first molar and the opposing arch. The designer can then refine cusp height, marginal ridges and contacts to match the chosen occlusal scheme and material.
The library is useful for terminal molar crowns, distal abutments in posterior bridges and full-arch reconstructions that need a credible second-molar shape. It is available to download and slot into the lab's posterior anatomy set.
