zirkonzahnSAO is an anatomy library by Zirkonzahn intended for exocad DentalCAD. Inside the CAD it appears as a tooth set that drives the initial morphology of crowns, bridges and full-contour restorations. SAO is built around concise, readable shapes: compact crown silhouettes, well-defined fissures and a clean occlusal pattern without excessive micro-texture.

This makes it a reliable choice for monolithic zirconia or lithium-disilicate restorations in the posterior region, where strength and predictable occlusion matter more than decorative detail. Of course, the shape can still be individualised with exocad's morph and free-form tools when a case demands it. The library can be downloaded from the catalog and used directly inside DentalCAD.
