PDL CatBack1 4.0 brings the CatBack1 morphological style by PDL to tooth position 4.0 inside exocad DentalCAD. The library acts as a reference shape that the DentalCAD morphing engine uses when generating crowns, bridge elements and monolithic full-anatomy restorations.

Because it belongs to the same CatBack1 family as the neighbouring units, the resulting design keeps a consistent surface character across the quadrant. It is appropriate for restorations milled in zirconia or lithium disilicate as well as for printed temporaries in PMMA.

The library targets technicians who want a curated, recognisable anatomy rather than the default exocad shapes. It is available for download and is picked through the regular tooth library dialog in DentalCAD.
