PDL CatBack1 1.2 is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD, part of the PDL CatBack1 series. In this 1.2 revision the morphology is well balanced, with naturally shaped cusps, marginal ridges and a coherent occlusal scheme across the arch.
Inside DentalCAD it is chosen from the Tooth Database and used as the starting shape for crowns, bridges and full-contour restorations, then individualised with free-forming. It is suitable for monolithic zirconia, lithium disilicate and PMMA restorations, as well as for anatomical reduction designs.
The library can be downloaded and added to DentalCAD alongside other anatomical sets. It is a good fit for technicians who want a calm, predictable reference morphology for routine cases.
