MM3.0 is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that gives the CAD designer an additional set of reference morphologies for everyday restorative work. In the DentalCAD workflow its shapes are picked from the tooth database and serve as the initial geometry for single crowns, bridge units and full-anatomy reconstructions.
The third-generation morphology focuses on a clean, technically modelled occlusal surface that is easy to adapt to the antagonist and to fine-tune in the free-form tools. Anterior and posterior shapes share a common design language, so multi-unit cases retain a uniform character.
The library can be downloaded and integrated into the DentalCAD tooth database. It suits technicians who appreciate a more technical, controlled anatomy style as a base for further individualisation.
