The BioHorizons CGS (Computer Guided Surgery) protocol library for exocad exoplan enables accurate surgical guide planning for BioHorizons implants. It includes digital models of guide sleeves, keys and instruments of the CGS protocol, ensuring precise implant positioning along the planned axis and depth.

Used for guided implant surgery in single and multiple implant cases, including complex rehabilitations and All-on-X workflows. Suitable for dental technicians, implant surgeons and digital labs working in exoplan. Once a BioHorizons implant and matching CGS sleeve are selected, the software automatically calculates sleeve position in the guide for 3D printing or milling.
