Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XL 3mm NI brings the CAD geometry of the 3mm EV ASA XL titanium base in its non-engaging configuration into exocad DentalCAD. The non-engaging interface removes the rotational index, which is precisely what is needed for splinted multi-unit frameworks where every unit has to seat passively.
The 3mm cuff height suits cases with a thicker mucosa, giving more vertical room between the implant platform and the prosthetic margin. Standard and FDA variants are provided so the technician can keep regional naming and parameters consistent.
The geometry covers cement- or screw-retained restorations designed on the EV connection. This library is available to download and add to the lab's exocad library collection for implant prosthetic work.
