Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XL 1mm NI delivers the CAD reference geometry for the EV ASA XL titanium base in its 1mm non-engaging form for use in exocad DentalCAD. Inside the DentalCAD wizard the technician selects this entry to load the correct mating surface, axis and emergence used by the design tools.

The non-engaging variant removes the rotational lock at the implant interface, which makes it the right choice for multi-unit splinted constructions where passive seating is critical. Two variants — Standard and FDA — are provided so users can work with the regional naming and parameters they need.

The geometry suits both cement- and screw-retained workflows on the EV connection. This library can be downloaded and added to the exocad library set for everyday implant prosthetics.
