Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA S 1mm NI brings the small Astra Tech EV ASA TitaniumBase with a 1 mm gingival cuff into exocad DentalCAD in its non-engaging form. The NI interface omits the rotational lock on the digital side, which is the appropriate choice for multi-unit screw-retained bars and bridges that must seat passively across several implants.
The 1 mm collar is helpful where vertical restorative space is limited and soft tissue is shallow. The library can be downloaded in Standard or FDA variants to suit regional compliance needs. Within the implant module of DentalCAD it controls the connection geometry, emergence and screw access for each unit on Astra Tech EV.
It is aimed at laboratories producing multi-unit superstructures on narrow-platform Astra EV implants using original ASA components.
