This library brings the Dentsply Sirona Astra Tech EV TitaniumBase ASA in size M with a 4 mm gingival cuff into exocad DentalCAD. The engaging geometry preserves the anti-rotation index, which is essential when designing single-unit crowns or splinted restorations that must be repositioned with a defined orientation.
Two download variants are provided, Standard and FDA, so technicians can select the build that matches their regional documentation. In the workflow the library appears in the implant selection list of DentalCAD and drives margin, emergence and screw-channel positioning during crown and bridge design.
It is aimed at dental laboratories producing implant-supported restorations on the Astra Tech EV platform with original TitaniumBase ASA components. The files can be downloaded and used directly in current exocad DentalCAD releases.
