Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA L 3mm NI delivers to exocad DentalCAD the geometry of the Astra Tech EV ASA L titanium base in a 3 mm gingival height, non-indexed configuration. The NI design omits the rotational lock, which is precisely what is needed for bridges and bars where each unit must seat passively without index conflicts.
Inside exocad the designer assigns this Ti-base under the modelled framework so the restoration matches the deeper EV soft-tissue profile and the correct bonding surface. Standard and FDA download variants are provided to suit different markets.
