Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Zimmer Ti is a CAD library that supplies exocad DentalCAD with the geometry of Zimmer titanium pre-milled blanks. In the implant module the designer chooses the matching Ti blank, and the restoration is modelled in the real milling envelope, keeping the Zimmer connection geometry untouched.
The library is intended for implant-supported restorations on Zimmer connections, both cement- and screw-retained. Working from an accurate blank model reduces production risks and ensures the milled part fits the implant precisely. The library can be downloaded and added to the existing exocad configuration.
