Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Xive S CoCr AtlantisFLO

This package supplies exocad DentalCAD with Dentsply Sirona cobalt-chrome pre-milled blanks aligned to the AtlantisFLO workflow for the Xive S connection. exocad uses the blank reference so the Xive S interface and screw channel stay anatomically correct while the upper restoration is modelled. The CoCr option is selected when a higher-strength metal base is preferred for the customised part.

It supports custom abutments and metal superstructures destined for the AtlantisFLO production route. The library helps maintain consistency between CAD design and the chosen Atlantis-oriented milling process. The library can be downloaded for use in laboratory production. It is a targeted choice for Xive S cases that go through Atlantis-aligned milling in cobalt-chrome.
