Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Osstem Hiossen Ti AtlantisFLO

This Dentsply Sirona library brings the AtlantisFLO pre-milled blank geometry for Osstem and Hiossen titanium connections into exocad DentalCAD. The blank reference defines the milling envelope and connection seat that the CAD designer must respect when shaping a custom abutment or hybrid restoration.

Inside exocad it appears in the implant project so the designed geometry stays within the physical blank during milling. Typical use cases include individualised abutments and cement- or screw-retained crowns produced on Atlantis-compatible titanium pucks.

The library can be downloaded and is aimed at laboratories that mill their own AtlantisFLO blanks for Osstem and Hiossen platforms. It complements other Dentsply Sirona pre-milled assets in a unified Atlantis-based CAD workflow.
