Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Nobel Biocare Replace CoCr AtlantisFLO

This dataset represents Dentsply Sirona pre-milled blanks in the AtlantisFLO geometry, in cobalt-chromium, for the Nobel Biocare Replace platform. Loaded into exocad DentalCAD it appears in the implant catalogue and gives the designer a clearly defined CoCr stock volume to project the abutment or screw-channel restoration onto.

The Replace connection geometry is respected so the milled part seats correctly on the implant. CoCr stock makes the library a natural choice for metal substructures, bars and hybrid frameworks rather than aesthetic abutments. It is aimed at laboratories that mill their own Atlantis-style custom work on Dentsply Sirona blanks. The library can be downloaded and is used alongside the rest of the lab's exocad implant data.
