Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Nobel Biocare Active Ti is an exocad DentalCAD library dedicated to Dentsply Sirona pre-milled titanium blanks designed to work with the Nobel Biocare Active implant interface. Inside the CAD project the corresponding geometry is selected from the implant list, so the design respects the original blank shape and the implant connection.

This allows the technician to model custom abutments and screw-retained substructures that will be machined from the pre-milled stock with minimal repositioning. Because the blank is already pre-shaped, milling time and material waste are reduced in routine production.
