This data set contains the Dentsply Sirona AtlantisIO-FLO pre-milled blank for the Nobel Biocare Active interface in titanium, prepared for exocad DentalCAD. It encodes the geometry of the bonding base and the rotational reference of the blank, so the implant module can lock the designed restoration onto the actual milling stock.
In the DentalCAD implant workflow this library is selected before the restoration is shaped, ensuring the lower interface matches the AtlantisIO-FLO Ti blank. The geometry supports both cement- or screw-retained suprastructures on the Active connection.
The package is available for download and can be added to the exocad implant catalogue. It is intended for labs producing Atlantis IO blanks in titanium and wanting native exocad data for design.
