Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks BioHorizons Internal Ti AtlantisIO-FLO brings the AtlantisIO-FLO pre-milled titanium blank into exocad DentalCAD as a ready CAD reference. The geometry mirrors the real blank — its outer envelope, milling axis and seating to the BioHorizons Internal connection — so that the designed restoration always fits inside the machinable stock.

In the implant project the library is selected as the blank under the planned custom abutment, after which crowns or screw-retained structures can be modelled on top. This keeps the digital design and the downstream milling job in agreement.

The library is available for download and can be used in routine production. It is aimed at dental technicians and CAD designers handling Atlantis IO-FLO cases on BioHorizons Internal implants.
