BioHorizons Ti Base Vulcan

BioHorizons Ti Base Vulcan extends exocad DentalCAD with Ti-Base geometry for BioHorizons titanium bases in the Vulcan execution. Two download variants are provided, FDA Engaging and FDA Non-engaging: the engaging version is intended for single-unit restorations that need rotational locking, while non-engaging is the standard choice for splinted multi-unit bridges.

After selection, the Ti-Base acts as the bonding interface for the modelled crown, bridge or screw-retained restoration, with output ready for CAM. The library is suited to laboratories that bond restorations onto original BioHorizons titanium bases and need a clean separation between single-tooth and multi-unit cases.

Working from verified Ti-Base geometry helps keep cementation gaps and emergence consistent. The files can be downloaded for use in everyday production.
