BioHorizons Ti Base Laser-Lok Vulcan is a dedicated Ti-Base library for exocad DentalCAD describing BioHorizons Laser-Lok titanium bases in the Vulcan version. The Ti-Base component is selected in the implant wizard, after which exocad uses it as the bonding interface for the designed ceramic or hybrid suprastructure.
The technician then models a single crown, short bridge or screw-retained restoration following the usual CAD workflow. Output is exported as STL for milling or 3D printing. The library suits laboratories that bond restorations onto original BioHorizons Laser-Lok titanium bases and want a reliable digital counterpart. It can be downloaded and used in production immediately.
