BioHorizons MU Ti Coping Vulcan

BioHorizons MU Ti Coping Vulcan is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD that combines Multi-Unit (MU) abutments with their dedicated titanium coping/crown component. In the exocad implant wizard the technician selects the MU position and seats the coping geometry so that the final restoration interfaces correctly with the BioHorizons Multi-Unit platform.

This makes the library a natural choice for screw-retained bridges and All-on-4 / All-on-6 type full-arch frameworks. The Ti coping serves as the bonded base for individual crowns, while MU geometry supports passive-fitting multi-unit superstructures.

The library is aimed at laboratories that produce implant prosthetics on BioHorizons Multi-Unit abutments on a regular basis. It can be downloaded and added to the existing implant library set in DentalCAD. This gives designers a consistent CAD reference for both single crowns and full-arch work on BioHorizons MU.
