BioHorizons ImplantLevelBars Vulcan is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD focused on bar superstructures designed at the implant level of the BioHorizons system. Inside the exocad bar module the geometry is used as the reference for splinted bars that screw directly onto the implants, without an intermediate abutment.
Designers can plan overdenture bars and full-arch frameworks for milling in titanium or other CAM-compatible materials. The library is particularly relevant for fully edentulous restorations where a rigid, passive-fitting connection across multiple implants is required.
It targets laboratories that produce removable or fixed bar-supported prostheses on BioHorizons implants. The library can be downloaded and added to the existing DentalCAD library set. This gives the technician a dedicated foundation for implant-level bar planning on BioHorizons.
