Pogarskiy Design 5.3 is a tooth anatomy library created by Pogarskiy for use inside exocad DentalCAD. It provides a set of reference tooth shapes that the software loads as the initial proposal when designing single crowns, bridges and full-anatomy restorations.
The morphology follows a natural occlusal pattern with balanced cusps, fossae and marginal ridges, so the proposal already looks close to a finished tooth. In a typical workflow the designer selects the library, lets exocad place the suggested anatomy on the prep, and then refines it with free-forming and bite adjustment tools.
The library is well suited to technicians who want a recognisable signature aesthetic without modelling each tooth from scratch. It can be downloaded and added to the existing pool of anatomies in DentalCAD.
