PDL CatBack1 0.4 represents the final polishing stage of the CatBack1 series before its 1.0 release, prepared by PDL for exocad DentalCAD. It contains tooth shapes that DentalCAD treats as the master morphology when building crowns, bridge pontics and full-anatomy units.
The technician chooses CatBack1 0.4 from the anatomy selector, the software fits the morphology to the preparation and antagonist, and the result is then refined manually for occlusion and esthetics. This revision is interesting for designers who want a slightly more mature version of the early CatBack1 character without jumping straight to the 1.x branch.
It suits routine restorative production where a clean, balanced morphology is preferred. The library is available to download. It blends well with other PDL anatomies inside the same case.
