DTLab.5 is an anatomy library for use in exocad DentalCAD. It contains a set of tooth morphologies that can be selected as the starting shape for a crown, a bridge unit or a full-anatomy restoration. Once placed on the preparation, the form is freely scaled, repositioned and edited to suit the antagonist and adjacent teeth.
The set is well suited to routine restorative cases where a consistent anatomical style is required across several units. The morphologies are kept moderate in expression, which makes them easy to combine with the patient's remaining dentition.
