DTLab.21 is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that gives the designer another option when looking for a reliable reference morphology for crowns, bridges and full-anatomy restorations. The teeth are drawn with clear functional landmarks — cusp tips, marginal ridges and central fissures — that translate well into both zirconia and lithium disilicate.
The set is assigned at the tooth library step in DentalCAD and then adapted to the prepared situation, antagonist and proximal teeth with the standard morphing tools. It performs equally well in single-unit work and in multi-unit reconstructions thanks to the consistent style across positions.
The proposals leave enough room for personal touch-ups, so the library suits technicians who prefer to refine rather than rebuild. It is a useful addition for any lab that wants more variety alongside the standard DentalCAD anatomy. The files can be downloaded and used directly in the program.
