DTLab.12 is a tooth anatomy library intended for use inside exocad DentalCAD as a source of reference tooth shapes. During design the technician picks a morphology from the set, positions it on the preparation and refines proximal and occlusal contacts.
The dataset is appropriate for single crowns, multi-unit bridges and other full-anatomy reconstructions where a coherent shape character is desirable. Because the morphologies are presented neutrally, they integrate well alongside other anatomy collections already in use.
Designers can mix teeth from DTLab.12 with their preferred libraries to build a broader visual repertoire. The library can be downloaded and used alongside the standard exocad anatomy sets. It is a practical resource for CAD designers looking to vary their morphological style.
