Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Zimmer CoCr is a CAD library for exocad DentalCAD that adds the geometry of Zimmer cobalt-chrome pre-milled blanks. The blank shape is loaded in the implant module so that the designed restoration always stays within the milling boundaries of the actual CoCr blank.
The library targets implant-supported restorations made on Zimmer connections and supports both cement- and screw-retained constructions. Working from the correct blank geometry reduces production errors and ensures a precise fit to the implant interface.
The library can be downloaded and integrated into existing exocad projects. It is intended for dental technicians and CAD designers who routinely mill Zimmer-compatible CoCr restorations.
