Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Zimmer CoCr AtlantisIO-FLO is a CAD library for exocad DentalCAD that contains the geometry of Zimmer cobalt-chrome pre-milled blanks from the AtlantisIO-FLO range. The designer selects the corresponding blank in the implant module, and the restoration is modelled strictly within its real milling envelope.
The library targets implant-supported restorations on Zimmer connections and is suitable for both cement- and screw-retained designs. Using the correct AtlantisIO-FLO blank shape keeps the milled object compatible with production and helps prevent geometry mismatches.
The library can be downloaded and added to an existing exocad implant setup. It is aimed at dental technicians and CAD designers producing CoCr restorations on AtlantisIO-FLO blanks.
