Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Conelog Ti AtlantisIO-FLO is a geometry library for exocad DentalCAD that represents the Conelog titanium pre-milled blank in the AtlantisIO-FLO variant. In the exocad implant workflow the blank geometry defines the available material volume and the position of the implant interface, so the technician can shape the superstructure freely while staying inside the producible envelope.
The AtlantisIO-FLO variant is intended for intraoral scan-based workflows, which makes the library especially relevant for fully digital case planning. By using the original Dentsply Sirona blank shape, the designed part can be sent directly to a CAM system that supports the matching holder.
The library suits CAD designers and laboratories that produce individualised abutments and superstructures on Conelog implants. It can be downloaded and used in cement- or screw-retained implant cases inside exocad.
