CTD2 is the second set in the CTD anatomy series for exocad DentalCAD and offers a different stylistic interpretation of tooth morphology compared with CTD1. The teeth retain a clean, technically correct geometry, but cusps and ridges are shaped to give a slightly different occlusal character, which is helpful when the first library does not match the patient's profile.
The library is selected at the tooth-shape step of the DentalCAD wizard and then used for crowns, bridges and full-arch monolithic restorations. Designers can keep both CTD libraries on hand and switch between them depending on case requirements, which broadens stylistic flexibility.
CTD2 is suited to studios looking to maintain a consistent in-house style with multiple morphological options. The set is available for download from the catalog.
