CAD Dental Libraries (dentallibs.com, the “Site”) is an informational resource only. The Site does not provide services, accept payments, conclude contracts, or act as a party to any transaction with users.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational catalog and index: organized descriptions, reviews and reference materials about software products for dental CAD, together with links to publicly available posts in third-party Telegram channels.

The Site is not an online store, service, aggregator, marketplace, seller, contractor or intermediary. No materials on the Site — including texts, buttons, forms and links — constitute a public offer or create any obligation on the part of the Site owner. No user action on the Site creates any contractual or other obligation for the Site owner.

2. Links to third-party resources

The Site itself does not host, store or distribute any files or distributions. “Download” buttons and links lead to posts in third-party Telegram channels operated by independent third parties that are not under the control of the Site owner.

The Site owner does not create, moderate or control the content of third-party channels and is not responsible for their availability, legality, safety or content. Following external links and any use of them is undertaken by the user on their own initiative and at their own risk.

3. Advertising and third parties

Contact details placed on the Site belong to an independent third party — an advertiser. The Site owner and the advertiser are separate, legally unrelated persons. The Site merely provides advertising space.

The Site owner does not control, verify or bear responsibility for the advertiser’s activity, the content of their offers, terms, prices, deadlines or quality. Any arrangements, correspondence, settlements and obligations arise solely and directly between the user and the advertiser, without the participation, mediation or knowledge of the Site owner. Interaction with the advertiser is undertaken by the user on their own initiative and at their own risk.

4. Software and trademarks

Names of programs, versions, product lines, logos, trademarks and other designations (including exocad, exoplan, RealGUIDE, Straumann, Nobel Biocare and others) belong to their respective rightholders and are used on the Site solely for descriptive and informational purposes under nominative fair use.

Mentioning any brand or product does not imply affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by its rightholders.

5. No warranties

All information is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Some descriptions and specifications are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.

The Site owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and reserves the right to change, remove or supplement any materials at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site owner shall not be liable:

• for the quality, legality, safety and results of services or actions of the advertiser or any third parties;
• for the content, availability and safety of third-party resources and Telegram channels linked to;
• for the accuracy of information provided by the advertiser or third parties;
• for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or other harm arising from use of the Site or interaction with third parties;
• for user actions taken on the basis of information from the Site.

7. Cookies and analytics

To collect anonymized traffic statistics, the Site uses web analytics services (including Yandex.Metrica) that may use cookies and collect technical data about the visit. This data is used solely in aggregated form to assess the Site’s performance and is not intended to identify an individual user.

By continuing to use the Site, the user consents to such processing. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.

8. User actions

By using the Site, the user confirms that they have read this notice, understand the informational nature of the resource, acknowledge the absence of contractual relations with the Site owner, and fully accept the stated terms and limitations. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the Site.

9. Copyright and feedback

If you are a rightholder and believe that any material on the Site infringes your rights, please send a request to exoinstall@proton.me. The request will be reviewed by the Site owner within 72 hours regardless of the advertiser’s position; if the claim is justified, the materials will be amended or removed.

10. Miscellaneous

If any individual provision of this notice is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Site owner may update this document; the current version is always available on this page.
