Thommen Ti-Base is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD that brings the original Ti-Base geometry of the Thommen system into the digital design environment. The Ti-Base component reproduces the bonding surface and rotational features so that the CAD-designed superstructure mates correctly with the physical titanium base.
In the DentalCAD workflow it is selected at the implant position step and then drives the construction of hybrid abutments, single crowns or screw-retained restorations bonded to the Ti-Base. The library can be downloaded for use inside DentalCAD.
It is aimed at laboratories restoring Thommen implants with bonded titanium-base solutions. It is a core building block for Thommen-based hybrid restorations in any digital lab.
