This dataset adds the PEEK variant of the Thommen DyTi-Base PF 3.5 with removable screw as a Ti-Base into exocad DentalCAD. In the implant wizard the technician selects the matching Ti-Base, after which the software references its geometry to align the CAD restoration with the Thommen component.
Crowns, bridges or hybrid suprastructures can then be modelled with the standard DentalCAD toolset, taking screw access and emergence profile into account. The library is aimed at labs that specifically use the PEEK PF 3.5 DyTi-Base and need an accurate digital counterpart.
