DIO AQs-TiBase DIO-UF2 is a dedicated CAD library for exocad DentalCAD focused on the DIO AQs implant system with the UF2 connection. It contains the Ti-Base geometry needed to align the restoration interface with the titanium base. Inside the exocad implant workflow the library is selected when defining the implant position, allowing the software to project the correct seating surface and screw channel.
From this base the technician can design single crowns, bridges or screw-retained structures with predictable fit. Engineers benefit from accurate emergence profiles and reproducible margin lines. The library is suitable for laboratories already working with DIO AQs UF2 components. It can be downloaded and added to the exocad library set.
