DIO UF Sub UV PLUS ABT DC is an exocad DentalCAD library built around the abutment of the DIO UF Submerged UV PLUS connection. The included abutment geometry lets the CAD designer base crown or bridge construction directly on the actual DIO component rather than on a generic interface.
In the implant module the abutment is aligned to the scanned situation, and the restoration is then modelled with the appropriate emergence and contact profile. Because the data reflects the DIO UV PLUS abutment, prosthetic margins and seating remain predictable from design to milling.
The library is intended for laboratories that already restore DIO cases on this specific abutment line. It can be downloaded and added to the exocad DentalCAD workflow.
