DIO UF Sub Narrow Hex CA is a dedicated implant library for exocad DentalCAD focused on the DIO UF Submerged narrow interface in its hex (engaging) variant. The engaging geometry is intended for single-unit restorations where rotational stability against the implant is required.
CAD designers load it inside the implant module to position the interface, define emergence and design cement- or screw-retained restorations on the matching DIO components. The data set follows the dimensional logic of DIO UF Submerged so that restorations align correctly with the physical parts.
It is suited to laboratories and clinics already working with DIO and looking to expand their digital portfolio. The library can be downloaded and used directly in the exocad DentalCAD workflow.
