Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV is a CAD library that represents the EV TitaniumBase inside exocad DentalCAD. It encodes the bonding surface, channel and interface seat so the designer can model a crown, hybrid abutment or small bridge that will be cemented onto this base.
In the implant workflow the library is selected at case setup and aligns the modelling tools to the EV platform, supporting cement- or screw-retained outcomes. Because the geometry follows the official Ti-base, the resulting restoration fits the bonding cap predictably during production.
The library suits laboratories that routinely deliver implant restorations on Astra Tech EV. It is available to download and use in DentalCAD.
