This Dentsply Sirona library brings pre-milled titanium blanks for the Straumann Tissue Level platform into the exocad DentalCAD environment. Within the implant module the geometry of the blank is read by exocad so that custom abutments and screw channels can be planned with correct positioning relative to the implant interface.

Designers can then shape the emergence profile and superstructure while exocad keeps the connection area locked to the original Ti blank. The dataset suits laboratories producing customised titanium abutments for Tissue Level cases. It targets in-house milling workflows where the blank serves as the connection base.
