Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Neodent Ti is an exocad DentalCAD implant library covering titanium pre-milled blanks designed to match Neodent implant connections. The CAD designer places the Neodent interface inside the blank and uses exocad's implant tools to shape custom titanium abutments or screw-retained restorations on the correct platform.
Emergence profile, screw channel and external contour are modelled in the standard environment while the library guarantees correct seating geometry. The finished design is exported to CAM for milling of the titanium blank on compatible machinery.
The library can be downloaded and is aimed at labs producing Ti-based prosthetics on Neodent with Dentsply Sirona blanks. It is well suited to both single-unit abutments and multi-unit screw-retained frameworks.
