Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Biomet 3i Certain CoCr AtlantisFLO carries the geometry of the AtlantisFLO cobalt-chrome pre-milled blank for the Biomet 3i Certain connection into exocad DentalCAD. Loaded as the working blank, it defines the material envelope and the seating onto the Certain interface, so that the modelled abutment or screw-retained structure stays inside what the mill can actually produce.

The reference also fixes the milling axis, which simplifies validation of long-axis cases. Designers then continue with the usual exocad implant tooling on top of this base. The library is available for download and ready to be used in production.

It is aimed at technicians and CAD designers running Atlantis FLO cases in CoCr on Biomet 3i Certain implants.
