BioHorizons MultiUnitBars Vulcan multiunit support is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD focused on bar work on multi-unit abutments. It supplies the Multi-Unit (MU) interface geometries required to position the bar relative to BioHorizons abutments in the CAD scene.
Within the exocad workflow the geometry is used in the Bar module to define screw channels, emergence and base contour of full-arch and segmented bar restorations. It is a good fit for All-on-4 and All-on-6 style rehabilitations driven from multi-unit abutments.
The library can be downloaded and used directly in DentalCAD. It is aimed at dental laboratories and CAD designers who routinely produce bar-supported prostheses on the BioHorizons platform.
