Pogarskiy Design 3.3 is the most recent step in the Pogarskiy 3.x author anatomy line for exocad DentalCAD. It is loaded as a reference shape in the standard DentalCAD anatomy step, then refined on the patient model with the built-in free-forming, morphing and adjacent-tooth referencing tools used for crowns, bridges and full-contour restorations.

Across the arch the morphology stays consistent in proportions and surface character, so multi-unit anterior cases and posterior segments look like a single naturally grown group. The shapes are drawn with monolithic zirconia and lithium disilicate in mind, keeping cusp ridges and fissures expressive enough to read after polishing but without overly thin or sharp areas.

It suits CAD designers and dental technicians who already favour the Pogarskiy style and want the most current version of it. The library is available to download from the catalogue.
