Other worn

worn is a specialised anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD focused on aged dentition. Instead of fresh, sharp cusps it provides tooth morphologies with flattened occlusal surfaces, rounded ridges and softened fissures that mimic years of functional attrition.

In the DentalCAD workflow this set is chosen as the anatomy reference when designing crowns, bridges or full-anatomy restorations that must match an older patient's existing teeth. It is particularly useful for posterior single units placed next to heavily worn neighbours, where a brand-new anatomy would look out of place.

The library can also serve as a starting point for bruxism cases where flatter occlusion is preferred. It is available to download and integrates with the standard exocad anatomy selection.
