tribos17 is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD with a complete arch of tooth morphologies following the tribos design tradition. Within the standard DentalCAD workflow the set is assigned as the reference anatomy and the software then proposes restorations whose cusps, fossae and marginal ridges follow these master shapes.
Designers can morph, scale and free-form the proposals so the final crown or bridge fits the antagonist, the adjacent teeth and the patient's functional scheme. The library is equally suitable for single-tooth restorations and for larger reconstructions where a consistent occlusal pattern is required.
It is available for download and integrates seamlessly with the native anatomy picker. tribos17 suits technicians who prefer a slightly more classical morphology as their starting point for everyday CAD design.
