Other Maxxima

Maxxima is an anatomical tooth library built for the exocad DentalCAD environment. It contains a full set of reference teeth that DentalCAD takes as the initial morphology when generating crowns, bridges and full-contour restorations. During the design phase the technician selects a Maxxima tooth in the anatomy list, after which standard tools are used to morph it, align it with antagonists and refine the proximal contacts.

The character of the set is well-defined, giving recognisable cusp ridges and fossae that survive the milling or pressing process. It is a good fit for CAD designers who want a dependable reference library to extend their existing anatomy collection. Maxxima is available for download and works with the standard DentalCAD tooth selection.
